to conventional heating.
How Does the Empyre Work?
The Empyre is a on-pressurized system which heats the
water surrounding the fire chamber. The water is thermostatically
controlled by setting the aquastat to the desired water temperature.
The pump then circulates the hot water from the furnace connected to your
home or shop, using a 3/4" to 1-1/4" water pipe from your
furnace.
Heat is easily distributed in your house or shop using a
variety of water to air heat exchangers. If you have an existing
furnace with duct work in your house you can simply install a heat
exchanger into the duct work. If you do not have duct work in your
house, you can also heat your house with in-floor heat, install baseboard
radiators, or even install a heat exchange unit. Sizes and
